Enter your

pretending to purchase using a
credit card.

"Special Requests" text box on first page
of shopping cart, tell us you are mailing funds. (Important: This stops
the deleting of your order before we get your payment.)

When you get to the
shopping cart page where you enter the credit card number, close the
window without doing it. (Do not enter any credit card info into
the form, simply
close out the window.)

This action will create an
invoice which we will match up with your payment. You will receive a copy by
email

containing a delivery confirmation number, confirming shipment.
